To hang up your balloons and make a garland, simply thread through a long piece of embroidery thread and hang. Start wrapping the sticky thread around the balloons. This will stock the thread from sticking to the balloons. Cover the outside of the balloons with a thin layer of Vaseline. Pour the glue into a bowl and soak the embroidery thread.īlow up the balloons to the size that you want your Easter eggs to be.
